Limited 2 Year Warranty

SŌ LABS has a limited 2 year warranty under the terms and conditions of our warranty. In case of defects covered by the warranty, all components excluding battery, leather strap and buckle will be repaired or the watch will be replaced at no cost. If the exact model is not available for replacement, a watch of equal value and similar style will be offered. A copy of the receipt and/or your completed warranty registration is required as proof of purchase. A check or money order payable to SŌ LABS LLC in the amount of $30.00 as a service and handling fee must be included for all warranty and repair services. The fee is subject to change. 

Are batteries covered under your warranty?

Batteries are only covered if you received one of our Quartz watches in a non-functioning form or if purchased at one of our retailers.

 

Orders and Returns

We’ll have your watch shipped within 2 business days of placing your order, pending the stocked availability. If you live in the U.S., it will be shipped via FedEx Ground.

Return Information 

SŌ LABS LLC will provide an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt, provided the merchandise has not been worn, altered, and special ordered or purchased on sale. Returns of final sale items will not be accepted. In order to process a return or exchange you must first obtain a Return Authorization by emailing us at info@so-labs.co. Upon receipt of the return a credit or refund will be issued. Please insure the value of your goods. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit so we recommend using a reputable shipper that allows you to track your package and retain proof of mailing. Please be careful when unpacking and repacking merchandise to avoid damaging items.
