Sō Labs watches are warranted to the original owner for two years from the date of purchase on the warranty. The warranty covers any and all parts of the watch that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If the exact model is not available for replacement, a watch of equal value and style will be offered. The warranty excludes the battery, strap and excessive wear or damage to the case or crystal. Sō Labs is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, and any recovery may not exceed the amount paid for the timepiece. Any claim made under the above warranties directly with Sō Labs will involve you returning the defective goods to us, at your expense. Sō Labs will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replacement product to you. When returning the product please include proof of purchase. A check or money order payable to SŌ LABS LLC in the amount of $30.00 as a service and handling fee must be included for all warranty and repair services. The fee is subject to change.
Are batteries covered under your warranty?
Batteries are only covered if you received one of our Quartz watches in a non-functioning form upon receipt.
Orders and Returns
We’ll have your watch shipped within 3 business days of placing your order, pending the stocked availability. If you live in the U.S., it will be shipped via UPS Ground.
All purchases from so-labs.co are entitled to a 14-day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return your watch to us within the first 14 days following your delivery date and we will offer you a full refund or exchange. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in new, unused and re-sellable condition, and with the original packaging. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 2 weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs.

Please insure the value of your goods. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit so we recommend using a reputable shipper that allows you to track your package and retain proof of mailing. Please be careful when unpacking and repacking merchandise to avoid damaging items.
