Batteries are only covered if you received one of our Quartz watches in a non-functioning form or if purchased at one of our retailers.
We’ll have your watch shipped within 2 business days of placing your order, pending the stocked availability. If you live in the U.S., it will be shipped via FedEx Ground.
SŌ LABS LLC will provide an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt, provided the merchandise has not been worn, altered, and special ordered or purchased on sale. Returns of final sale items will not be accepted. In order to process a return or exchange you must first obtain a Return Authorization by emailing us at email@example.com. Upon receipt of the return a credit or refund will be issued. Please insure the value of your goods. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit so we recommend using a reputable shipper that allows you to track your package and retain proof of mailing.
